We are all on a journey – this incredible, amazing journey we call life. As we traverse our unique path, we find others whose paths join with ours for a while or longer. And as we journey together, we share and learn and grow with each other. I have been blessed to have shared my path with some remarkable people – men and women who shared their prosperity and opened their hearts to me, so that I could connect with their authentic being – the one that we all are underneath. I have made so many wonderful discoveries – about life, about myself and about others – through these extraordinary people. And now I am inviting many of these outstanding individuals onto my show, allowing you to share in the abundance of their wisdom and gifts.

Join me, Bernie Kettle, and my guests as we explore some of the profound learnings and discoveries of our journeys. Be enlightened and delighted, inspired and moved, as you listen. And you are welcome to call in and share your wisdom and insights, for we are all teachers, and we are all students.

Neerja Bhatia has more than 15 years of experience in management, business development, marketing and organizational facilitation and training.  Her training background includes, delivering programs on such topics as emotional intelligence, leadership, situational coaching, change management, and communication.

For tonight’s show, our topic was the Neerja’s second book, ‘The Art of Resilience’.  Neerja is the author of two books, the other is ‘Bliss is in Knowing the Self’.  We covered some fascinating questions on this topic, including - why do people resist change, what is the secret to resilience, how does one break through fears, what is natural intelligence and how does one unlock the power of natural intelligence?  It was a wonderful conversation, as Neerja has such an exquisite way of explaining things!  Enjoy.

My guest, Jean Brazeau, is a wonderful, delightful friend of mine.  She and I became friends when we met during a Journey seminar.  She has had quite the journey since she was diagnosed with breast cancer 7 years ago.  Not long after, she began her personal healing journey.  As Jean says, “I was spiritually dead, physically and emotionally exhausted, my body consumed with pain when I was guided to ‘The Journey‘ (by Brandon Bays).”

Over the course of the next year and a half while completing “The Journey” Accreditation Program, Jean bore witness to the most incredible metamorphosis taking place inside of her as she shed the pain, grief, sadness, guilt, fear and anger that was ravishing her body, mind and spirit.

.

Jean now resides in Ottawa, Canada.  Her life altering successes have led her to furthering her knowledge and education in alternative/complementary healing modalities.  In addition to acquiring accreditation as a Journey Practitioner in the UK, she is a Reiki Master, Neuro Linguistics Programming Practitioner, WEL-Systems Quantum TLC Facilitator, WEL-Systems Master Facilitatior and is currently studying Shamanism.  Jean is a Spiritual Health and Wellness coach personally committed to sharing her learning’s with others and empowering them to help themselves in their quest for wellness, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I was delighted to welcome back a wonderful guest, Dr. Michael Mendribil. We discussed Strategies for Personal Energy Management.  Many people are feeling tired, burned out, fatigued, or just plain would like to have more juice to live and enjoy their lives.  It was a profoundly useful, enlightening, and fascinating discussion!

We covered energy drainers, energy sustainers, and energy suppliers, all the way from the cellular to the psychosocial and spiritual.  Conductivity, Connectivity, and Creativity are some of the keys we explored.  Check it out!

Suzanne Sheridan is a dear friend who for many years has facilitated the reading group I am part of.  Her career has spanned diverse areas of the arts: a musician, vocalist and photographer. She has won a Clio Award for her vocals on a Pepsi jingle, and written music for the PBS show The Electric Company. She works as a photographer from her Westport, Connecticut studio, Suzanne Sheridan Photography, and is an accomplished musician, and has been singing and writing songs most of her life.

In Westport, Connecticut, Suzie is a professional Headshot and Portrait photographer. She founded the Photographer’s Collective of Fairfield County which is based on her philosophy that professionals are better served through cooperation than competition. David Friedman is a noted Broadway conductor, composer, and lyricist.  He has written songs of inspiration, love and hope that take on new emotional meaning in these challenging times.  David recently wrote a book entitled “The Thought Exchange – Choose a new Thought, Choose a new Life” and spends a great deal of time traveling around the country lecturing, giving concerts and teaching Thought Exchange principles in workshops and private sessions.  His website is:  http://www.thethoughtexchange.net/

It was a real delight and pleasure to have my dear friend and fellow radio show host, Golden Hawk, back on the show. Goldie and I explored the topic of “The Power of Questions”. We discussed how questions can be used to empower us, or disempower us. We looked at how, if used unconsciously, we can use questions to bring us down - and how instead, we can use questions to lift us up.

I always enjoy and learn from my conversations with Goldie, who has had her own radio show, Another Reality Show since 2005. Goldie brings enthusiasm and her authentic perspective and her personal journey whenever she is on the radio.
